Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

proficient in

Tally

to support daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial entries, reconciling accounts, handling payables/receivables, and supporting reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record journal entries and process daily financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Handle accounts receivable and invoicing. Process accounts payable and track bills/payments. Assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements. Verify payroll and expense records. Maintain organized and accurate financial records. Communicate with clients regarding financial tasks and project updates.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance/Accounting). Proficient in

Tally

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Comfortable using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Preferred:

Prior experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus. Familiarity with US accounting practices is desirable. Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
