Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist the primary accountant with vendor billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is well-suited for professionals with up to two years of experience who are eager to grow their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and process vendor bills in the accounting system Create, review, and issue customer invoices as per company policies Verify vendor bills for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Generate financial and MIS reports for internal review Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities Support account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with legal and company standards Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve billing and payment discrepancies

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP ystems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
