Job Description

We are a diamonds jewelry manufacturing company seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.

We're looking for a skilled Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably from the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and finalizing MIS accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and finalize MIS accounts

- Prepare financial reports for management and directors

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts

- Analyze financial data and provide insights for business growth

- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits

- Report directly to the directors

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the jewelry industry

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Tax Management

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. Maintain compliance with all current tax laws and regulatory requirements.

2. Accounting Systems

Maintain financial records using Tally and ERP systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.

3. Audit Coordination

Liaise with internal and external auditors. Prepare and provide necessary documentation to support audit processes.

4. Bank Reconciliation

Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis. Investigate and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

5. Financial Planning

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Provide actionable insights to support strategic financial decisions.

6. Month-end and Year-end Closing

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in accounting and finance ( Same Filed )

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems. Experience with jewellery industry-specific accounting software is a plus.

Analytical and Soft Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
