Job Summary

The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist in reconciliations, billing, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires attention to detail, timely execution, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Accounting Operations

Record daily transactions in Tally/Zoho Books (sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries). Maintain accounts payable & receivable. Monitor pending payments and follow up on collections.

2. Reconciliation & Reporting

Prepare bank reconciliation statements. Assist in monthly closing of books. Support preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and ledgers.

3. Billing & Documentation

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and payment receipts. Maintain documentation for GST, TDS, vendor bills, and employee reimbursements. Ensure filing and record-keeping accuracy.

4. Compliance Support

Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, PF/ESI coordination, and statutory documentation. Support external auditors during audit cycles.

5. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for accounting queries. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table - added advantage). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Experience

0-2 years of accounting experience (freshers can apply).

Pay: ₹9,376.95 - ₹17,252.60 per month
