Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role is based in Navi Mumbai, Sanpada The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing day-to-day accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with periodic financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and collaborating with internal departments to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in general accounting practices, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Experience with account reconciliation, invoice preparation, and payroll management Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel Understanding of tax compliance, GST filings, and regulatory reporting Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., Tally certification) or prior experience in a similar role is a plus Advanced Excel Skills Data Sorting, Filter, Pivot Tables, Monthly MIS
