Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Help with audits, tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Use accounting software to manage transactions and generate reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
