About the Role:

We are a leading garment export company seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. The candidate will assist in managing the accounts related to our ready-made garment exports, ensuring timely documentation, compliance with export norms, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records related to exports. Record and reconcile factory, Mill & Jobworkers invoices. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Maintain party ledgers, payment follow-up, and assist in internal audits.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.

Experience:

1-3 years in accounting, preferably in a garment export or similar export industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and export documentation. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

Prior experience with garment or textile export companies. Understanding of export incentive schemes and DGFT-related work.
