Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Management

Maintain and update financial records such as ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to provide clear insights into the organization's financial performance.

Budgeting and Reconciliation

Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial data and proper cash flow management.

Invoicing and Compliance

Handle invoicing, billing, payments, and assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings to ensure timely compliance with regulations.

Audit Support and Coordination

Support audit activities and collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial documentation and adherence to accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is preferred.
