Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, petty cash).
Maintain ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory entries.
Billing & Documentation
Prepare sales invoices as per jewellery industry norms (weight, purity, hallmarking details).
Maintain purchase and sales registers.
Compliance & Reporting
Assist in GST returns filing, TDS compliance, and e-way bills.
Banking & Payments
Record bank transactions and reconcile accounts.
Prepare payment vouchers, cheque issuance, and online banking entries.
Monitor advances and outstanding payments from customers/suppliers.
Inventory & Costing (specific to jewellery)
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
Experience:
3 - 5 years (internship/fresher acceptable if strong basics).
Technical Skills:
Tally ERP, MS Excel, basic GST knowledge.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail, confidentiality, numerical accuracy, teamwork.
