Job Description

Veekay Timber and Allied Products, a manufacturer of wooden door frames and shutters for real estate projects, is looking for a Junior Accountant to handle billing, accounting data entry, and day-to-day coordination with factory operations.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong practical experience in manufacturing accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sales invoices and delivery challans in Tally Prime Perform daily accounting data entry (sales, purchase, expenses) Maintain party ledgers and basic outstanding reports Coordinate with factory staff for dispatch and production details Maintain proper documentation of bills and vouchers Support senior accountant with data required for GST and reconciliation Work on Excel for basic data tracking and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Tally Prime Working knowledge of MS Excel Basic understanding of GST billing B.Com / Accounts background preferred CA Article / Dropout candidates are welcome Good communication and coordination skills Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn
