Job Title: Junior Accountant (Male- Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a fresher graduate in B.Com Finance/Accounting or M.Com Finance/Accounting, eager to apply academic knowledge in a practical business environment. You will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the accounting and finance department in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records. Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements. Support audits by providing necessary documents and data. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by senior accountants or finance managers.
Qualifications & Skills:-

Educational Qualification:

B.Com in Accounting / Commerce (Required)

M.Com in Accounting (Preferred)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks, etc., will be an added advantage). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team and take initiative when required.
