Junior Accountant

to handle daily financial operations, vendor management, and purchase coordination with accuracy and professionalism.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Junior Accountant

proficient in

Tally ERP, creditor management, and purchase accounting

. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in

Hindi and English

for effective coordination with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in

Tally ERP

. Manage

creditor accounts

, invoices, and vendor payments accurately. Coordinate with the

purchase department

for billing, materials, and payment tracking. Prepare and update

monthly financial reports, ledgers, and statements

. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of bills, receipts, and vouchers. Communicate effectively in

Hindi and English

with vendors and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com or M.Com

degree in Accounting or Finance. Hands-on experience with

Tally ERP

and

MS Excel

. Good understanding of

accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliation

. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.

Fluency in Hindi

is mandatory for client communication.
