Junior Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our

Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting functions,

ensure accuracy in financial records, and assist the senior finance team in smooth

execution of operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Management:

Process daily, weekly, and monthly payments on time. Cross-check all expenses with supporting documents and bills. Prepare and maintain related statements and reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable:

Follow up with clients on outstanding payments. Reconcile customer accounts and ensure timely collections.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in preparation of income and expense statements for events and shoots. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.
Finance Operations:

Assist Senior Associate in day-to-day finance operations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
General Accounting Support:

Prepare vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations. Maintain vendor and client records systematically Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com / BBA). Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally, and Zoho Invoices. Basic understanding of Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Statutory
Compliance.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
