ZOHO accounting experience is MUST
Book PO's in accounting software and operations database
Create and send customer invoices and account statements
Monitor accounts receivable and follow-up with customers on outstanding balances; prepare weekly report
Book bank deposits and business expense journal entries in accounting software and database
Prepare employee expense reports and reimbursements
Update and maintain data in accounting software and database
Support month-end closing and reconciliation
