Job Description

Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client billing. Reconcile bank statements and company credit card transactions. Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Help prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements). Track job costing and project-related expenses for roofing projects. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking. Assist in tax preparation and audit support as needed. Perform general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
