Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, and P&L.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
Support in statutory compliance - TDS, GST, PF, ESI, etc.
Assist in audit-related documentation and coordination.
Prepare and update MIS reports for management.
Ensure accuracy of vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and NBFC operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Com/M.Com/Equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
1-2 years of accounting experience (preferably in NBFC/BFSI sector).
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
