Junior Accountant

B L Chajed & Co. is a reputed Audit firm in Bangalore, offering a wide range of professional services including accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance management. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

Perform Tally ERP data entry for day-to-day accounting.

Maintain and update sales & purchase ledgers.

Carry out bank reconciliation on a regular basis.

Assist in GST return preparation and filing.

Support in income tax return preparation and related compliance work.

Prepare vouchers, invoices, and maintain supporting documentation.

Assist senior accountants and management in day-to-day tasks.

Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Tally ERP for data entry and accounting.

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Working knowledge of GST compliance and Income Tax processes.

Proficient in MS Excel and good typing speed.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Minimum educational qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.

Experience

0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong Tally skills are welcome).

Salary

Competitive, based on skills and experience.

Work Time

Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

10:30 AM - 7PM (or) 9:30 AM - 6 PM
