We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our team in managing daily financial operations. This role involves handling petty cash, bill payments, assisting with fund disbursement, and preparing basic financial reports. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of accounting experience, eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage bill payments ensuring timely and accurate settlement. Maintain and manage petty cash transactions with proper documentation. Assist in tracking and disbursing funds as per company procedures. Prepare and update daily cash reports and simple financial summaries. Enter financial data into accounting systems accurately and timely. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports. Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts. Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking. Provide support during internal audits and financial reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc. is a plus). Good organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance/accounting role.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
