Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries) in Tally/ERP.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including follow-up with clients for payments.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under guidance.
Support in preparation of monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements.
Assist in preparation of project-wise expenses and revenue tracking.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and documentation.
Maintain proper records of agreements, sale deeds, and other real estate documents.
Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary support during audits.
Maintain petty cash and day-to-day cash transactions with accuracy.
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com with 2 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector.
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
