Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to oversee the company's financial activities, manage daily accounting operations, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting, along with excellent managerial and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Handle

Bookkeeping ,Inventory Management ,

as per government regulations. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense control measures. Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors regarding financial matters. Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Accounting Finance

(Master's degree preferred). Minimum

2 years of experience

in accounting or finance management. Proficient in

Tally ERP / MS Excel / Accounting Software.

Good knowledge of

GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
