Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and records
Perform
bank reconciliations
and ensure accuracy in financial statements
Assist in
GST preparation and filing
Utilize
Tally
,
Excel tools
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to analyze and organize financial data
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with senior accountants for audits and compliance
Use
Zoho Books
or similar software for accounting entries (Zoho experience is a plus)
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are must)
Good understanding of
GST regulations
and filing process
Basic knowledge of
Zoho Books
or willingness to learn
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
