We are hiring for an Accountant for our company Sky Heaven Immigration Pvt.ltd for Nikol, Ahmedabad .

Working schedule -

Mon to Sat

10am to 7pm

Roles :

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Ledger Management

: Accurately record daily transactions, manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Reconciliation

: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile various accounts.

Invoice Processing

: Receive, process, and handle requests for payments.

Financial Reporting

: Assist with preparing balance sheets, income statements, and monthly reports.

Month/Year-End Close

: Support senior accountants during closing processes.

Audit Support

: Help with internal and external audits.

Petty Cash

: Manage petty cash and related documentation.

Compliance

: Assist with statutory compliance, like TDS.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel).

Knowledge

: Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Soft Skills

: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, problem-solving, and communication.
Typical Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is generally required. Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
