Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You'll work closely with the accounting team to support daily operations and monthly closing procedures.

Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain and update financial records and files, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.

Reconciliation:

Assist with daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Basic Accounting Support:

Process invoices and prepare payments. Help to prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Compliance:

Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Audit Support:

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g. Tally/Miracle).

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Ethic:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
