Designation: Jr.. Accountant

Job Timing: 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Saturday)

Job Location: GHB, Ichchhapore, Surat, Gujarat

Experience: Fresher(0-2 years)

Reporting: Sr. Accountant

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (purchase, sales, bank entries, journal entries). Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally/ERP system. Support monthly closing activities--reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, trial balance review. Prepare and maintain vendor/customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments. Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance working (GST, TDS, PF/ESI). Handle invoice preparation, expense verification, and petty cash management. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and audit requirements. Support senior accountants in preparing financial reports and MIS. Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and documentation as per company policies.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.
