Visit banks to submit cheques and handle banking transactions.
Manage courier tasks, including sending and receiving documents.
Coordinate between the office and the CA's office for financial documentation.
Perform data entry and maintain financial records in free time.
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Support the accounts team with day-to-day administrative and financial activities.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with Tally or Excel will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must be responsible and trustworthy for handling financial documents.
A two-wheeler for travel between office, bank, and CA office is preferred.
