Role Overview:

Techdefence Labs is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Accountant to join our team. He/She will support our finance operations by maintaining accurate financial records, managing routine accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring a working knowledge of accounting systems and basic compliance processes, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day data entries for Sales, Purchase, Payment & Receipts Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain records accordingly Basic handling of GST and TDS processes Proficient in managing accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books Maintain accurate and updated ledgers and financial records Handle email correspondence related to accounts and finance Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for account-related queries
Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting Basic knowledge of GST and TDS Hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and good email communication skills Educational Qualification: B.Com / BAF / CA Dropout / CA Inter
Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
