Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle purchase accounting including PO creation, Indents, RFQs, and vendor coordination. Record purchase bills, GRN, and maintain stock & inventory registers. Assist in vendor payment processing and reconciliation. Track material in/out, stock levels, and prepare store-related reports. Update transactions in Tally/SAP/ERP and support audit documentation.

Requirements:



B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Freshers can apply). Knowledge of purchase cycle, store management & basic accounting. Familiar with PO, Indent, RFQ, GRN & stock handling. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
Experience - 1.5 to 3 years
