Financial Recording: Maintain accurate books of accounts, including daily entries of sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Accounts Management: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices, track payments, and maintain updated records of accounts receivable and payable.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses to ensure proper budget management.
Compliance Support: Help in preparing documentation for audits, ax filings (GST, TDS), and other statutory requirements.
Data Accuracy: Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial information and records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and taxation fundamentals.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers encouraged to apply).
Hands-on experience with data entry, reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
