Key Responsibilities

? Issue sales invoices in Tally based on purchase orders.

? Record purchases and update in Tally.

? Book bank transactions in Tally.

? Manage petty cash expenses and maintain accurate records.

? Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.

? Assist with compliance - basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting

standards is required.

? Perform monthly and quarterly ledger reconciliations.

? Work under the guidance of a Senior Accountant.

Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com

preferred).

? 0-2 years of relevant work experience (freshers may also apply).

? Proficiency in Tally ERP Prime and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).

? Basic understanding of TDS and GST compliance.

? Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.

? Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.

? Comfortable working on computers for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
