Junior Accountant - Home Blend Coffee Roasters

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our specialty coffee company, Home Blend Coffee Roasters. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage day-to-day accounting and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders and understand their requirements. Prepare and issue quotes & invoices on Zoho Books. Handle inventory accounting by creating assemblies for the production team. Coordinate dispatches via porter, courier, and transport, including generating e-way bills and tracking deliveries. Perform bank reconciliations and match transactions. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and manage account recovery. Support other accounting and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Familiarity with Zoho Books (preferred, not mandatory). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate between teams and customers efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
