Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and bookkeeping. The candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, data entry, document management, and basic financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Perform daily data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. Help with bank reconciliation and validation of financial transactions. Financial Documentation Organize and maintain accounting documents in physical and digital formats. Ensure proper filing of bills, statements, and supporting documents. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports. Support to Finance Team Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment follow-ups. Assist senior accountants in audits, tax filings, and compliance tasks. Handle basic MIS reporting as instructed. Compliance & Accuracy Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Check entries for accuracy and highlight discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally/Excel preferred). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
