. The role will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts, payroll, vendor payments, petty cash, and assisting in financial reporting. In addition, the candidate will support
office administration tasks
to ensure smooth functioning of our cloud kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and process daily accounting entries in
Tally ERP
.
Manage payroll, employee records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS).
Handle petty cash disbursements, reconciliations, and documentation.
Oversee vendor invoices, payments, and maintain vendor relationships.
Assist in asset tracking, expense monitoring, and cost control.
Prepare MIS reports and support internal/external audits.
Manage
office administration duties
including documentation, office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic staff support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
Minimum
2 years of accounting experience
.
Strong knowledge of
Tally ERP
and MS Excel.
Understanding of payroll, vendor management, and statutory compliances.
Attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced kitchen/food-tech environment.
