The Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Chennai
The Big Picture: Illumine-i is currently seeking Junior Accountant to support an existing team in accounting and booking keeping for Indian and US entity. This role needs good exposure to various tax laws of India to add value in accounting process. Additional learning on US accounting and tax compliance would be a upside.
What you’ll do:

• Day to Day Accounting and Bookkeeping of Indian and US entity
• Monthly book closure and finalization of accounts at Entity company level
• General ledger Review
• Accounts receivable & Payable Management
• Audit co-ordination in india
• Working knowledge on GST will be added advantage to improve accounting transaction compliance.
• Working knowledge on Direct tax related to TDS, Tax audit and finalization including transfer pricing
• Other Management reporting on need basis

• 
  Qualification B.com / M.Com/ MBA with 5+ year of experience or CA inter with post articleship experience of 3 years.
• Communication skill will be top priority both written and spoken English
• Worked or performed internal audit of manufacturing setup and well aware of various process such as P2P, O2C and knowledge of controls would be an advantage
• Good exposure of statutory audit, Tax audit during articleship or otherwise
• Working knowledge in GST & Monthly Filling Compliance
• Working knowledge in direct tax compliance- Transfer pricing, TDS
• Stability in career – minimum 2 year in each organization of previous experience is a must

• Knowledge in inventory management
• Relevant experience is a manufacturing sector for at least 2+ years.
• Should have excellent Interpersonal skills - Most important.
