Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping and Financial Records:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally).
Post journal entries and assist in ledger management.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Handle invoicing, payments, and receivables in a timely manner.
Verify and reconcile supplier/vendor bills with purchase orders and delivery notes.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
3. Bank Reconciliation:
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist in managing petty cash and maintaining accurate records.
4. Taxation and Compliance:
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per timelines.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Payroll Assistance:
Support in payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF/ESI).
Maintain accurate records of employee reimbursements and expenses.
