We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team at HL Empire a leading manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will support our accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.

Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis related to manufacturing operations.

Help prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.

Assist with audits and tax preparation as required.

Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance preferred.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
