We Are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will assist in financial operations, including maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This role is based in Chandigarh and offers a competitive salary range for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Indian accounting regulations and taxation would be a plus

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and make recommendations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Process invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions
• Verify and reconcile transactions, accounts, and bank statements
• Handle journal entries and general ledger operations
• Assist in payroll processing and related tasks
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
