Assist the finance and administrative team with day-to-day accounting tasks and general office support. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with basic knowledge of accounting principles and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries.
Assist with bank reconciliations and cashbook updates.
Prepare monthly financial reports and simple summaries.
Maintain ledgers and accounting records using Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Excel.
Admin & Office Support
General administrative tasks (email management, filing, data entry).
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on finance-related inquiries.
Support documentation for audits and compliance.
Assist with payroll data entry and preparation of statutory submissions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance / Business
? Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
? Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
? Attention to detail, organized, and good communication skills
? Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from senior staff
