About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced software environment and be capable of managing customer accounts while also coordinating warehouse dispatch operations. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Software / System Handling

Work on company software for order booking, tracking, and customer records. Update system entries, process orders, and ensure data accuracy. Generate reports as required for sales, dispatch, and account activities.

Warehouse Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate closely with the warehouse dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch of orders. Track order status and communicate updates to clients and internal departments. Assist in planning, scheduling, and verifying dispatch activities. Handle dispatch-related documentation and ensure accuracy in shipping details.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
