Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Tally. As Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for various bookkeeping tasks, including managing financial records, entries, reconciliations, and preparing necessary accounting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including Sales Entry, Purchase Entry, and general ledger entries.

Bank Reconciliation:

Regularly reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in records.

Stock Reconciliation:

Monitor and reconcile inventory and stock movements.

Preparation of Debit & Credit Notes:

Prepare and process debit notes and credit notes as required.

Inter company Transactions & Reconciliation:

Handle inter company transactions and perform reconciliations between inter company accounts.

Provision & Prepaid Expenses:

Ensure proper recording of provisions and prepaid expenses in the accounting system.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.

Adherence to Accounting Principles:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) related field.

Age:

Up to 27 years.

Gender:

Male only.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Knowledge of Tally:

Proficient in using Tally software for daily accounting tasks.

Accounting Knowledge:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Good Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Attention to Detail:

High accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reconciliation.

Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
