Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services.
Support senior account executives in onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing client communication.
Prepare and process financial statements, tax returns (e.g., T1, T2, GST/HST), payroll, and other related documents under supervision.
Maintain and update client records in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other tools used by the firm.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client-specific requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
Monitor deadlines and assist in delivering projects as per agreed timelines.
Help in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for internal and client review.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email
Participate in continuous learning, training programs, and process improvement initiatives.
