- Junior Accounts Executive



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Accounts Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations for our international clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, budgeting, and reporting. This role involves working with multiple accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Bill.com, and requires strong communication skills for direct client interactions.?

?The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes, and is comfortable managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and professionalism. In addition to hands-on execution, this role also involves reviewing the work of junior team members and assisting them with queries or guidance as needed.

Responsibilities & Duties

?Record and review daily financial transactions across platforms like QuickBooks and

Xero.

?Handle monthly bank, credit card, and loan account reconciliations.

?Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.

?Assist in preparing annual budgets, including data compilation, variance analysis, and

comparison of budget vs. actuals.

?Identify and explain key variances between budgets and actual performance to clients.

?Process vendor invoices efficiently through Bill.com and ensure correct coding and

approval routing.

?Maintain and update client charts of accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting

standards.

?Communicate directly with clients regarding financial queries, reporting requirements,

and reconciliations.

?Perform vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payment processing.

?Review work completed by junior team members, provide feedback, and assist them in

resolving accounting queries.

?Support automation initiatives and ensure process accuracy across accounting systems.

Skills and Qualifications

?Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

?Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.

?Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Xero (knowledge of Bill.com preferred).

?Understanding of budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.

?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

?Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.

?High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

?Ability to learn and adapt to new accounting software quickly.

?Capability to review and guide team members effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
