Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions
Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices, and payment entries
Handle cash, bank transactions, and bank reconciliation statements
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain records of expenses, income, and petty cash
Support payroll processing and maintain salary records
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable)
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial data
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Use accounting software and MS Excel for data entry and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Busy/ERP)
0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers may apply)
