We are looking for a Junior Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a student-focused approach, and an interest in education counseling.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about academic courses, programs, and career options.
Handle student inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate student records and follow-up data.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
Provide post-enrollment support and address student concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to interact confidently with students and parents.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the education sector.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in academic counseling or customer service (optional).
Knowledge of educational courses and admission processes.
