Explain academic policies, curriculum structure, and graduation requirements.
Student Support & Engagement
Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions.
Assist students facing academic challenges and provide motivational support.
Follow up with students to ensure ongoing engagement and academic success.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate and follow up on leads from inbound enquiries, referrals, and outreach.
Counsel and guide prospective students toward enrollment.
Maintain lead data and coordinate with admissions for conversions.
Digital Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote academic programs through digital channels.
Support digital marketing campaigns via email, social media, and webinars.
Assist in creating or sharing content for student engagement (blogs, posts, etc.).
Participate in online student engagement activities like webinars or virtual fairs.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track academic performance and progress of students.
Maintain detailed records of counselling sessions and outcomes.
Identify at-risk students and escalate to senior counsellors when necessary.
Communication & Follow-ups
Maintain timely communication with students and prospective leads via calls, emails, and chats.
Address academic concerns and provide necessary guidance or referrals.
Ensure regular follow-ups for lead nurturing and student retention.
Administrative Support
Coordinate schedules, documentation, and counselling logistics.
Assist in planning and organizing orientation sessions and academic workshops.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with faculty, academic coordinators, admissions, and marketing teams.
Participate in regular team meetings and staff development programs.

Number of students counselled (weekly/monthly)
Student satisfaction scores and feedback ratings
Improvement in academic performance of counselled students
Accuracy and timeliness of counselling records and documentation
Response time to student queries and leads

Teaching skills or experience in providing training is a strong plus
