Job Summary

The Junior AC Technician assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and ventilation systems. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates beginning their HVAC career and looking to gain hands-on experience under the guidance of senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

installing

,

servicing

, and

repairing

AC units (split, window, ducted, VRF, etc.). Perform

basic diagnostics

, filter changes, cleaning, and routine preventive maintenance. Support senior technicians in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults. Help with

loading/unloading

tools, equipment, and materials for site work. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Follow

safety protocols

and company procedures during all tasks. Complete basic service reports and communicate findings to supervisors. Respond to customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
