to support our HVAC team in installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions under senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in installation of various AC units such as Split, Cassette, Ductable, and VRV/VRF systems.
Support senior technicians during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Perform basic tasks such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and general service works.
Help in diagnosing minor issues and reporting major faults to seniors.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper condition.
Follow safety protocols during site work and service operations.
Record service details, customer feedback, and material usage as instructed.
Assist in shifting, mounting, and alignment of indoor and outdoor units.
Support in piping, insulation, wiring, copper brazing (as trained), and commissioning activities.
