BJAS is one of India's most prestigious acting schools, training aspiring actors with industry insights and practical experience. We are looking for a

talented Video Editor & Video Creator

to craft high-quality, engaging content for our social media, promotional campaigns, podcasts, and classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and create

high-impact videos

for BJAS's social media, YouTube, and website. Cut and enhance footage for

acting classes, podcasts, reels, and promotional content

. Develop compelling

storytelling edits

with smooth transitions, color grading, and dynamic pacing. Work with motion graphics artists to integrate

text overlays, animations, and VFX

. Optimize videos for

Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and ad campaigns

. Capture and edit

behind-the-scenes (BTS) moments, testimonials, and event highlights

. Collaborate with BJAS's creative team to brainstorm

trendy and viral video concepts

.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

(or similar). Strong understanding of

cinematic editing, pacing, and color grading

. Experience in editing

short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts) content

. Knowledge of

sound design and audio mixing

. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

and meet deadlines. Passion for

storytelling, filmmaking, and creative visual presentation

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
