1. Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, herbal teas, milk teas, and flavored beverages.
Follow standardized recipes and cafe-specific methods to maintain consistency.
Ensure freshness and hygiene in all ingredients used.
2. Customer Service
Greet customers politely and take beverage orders accurately.
Provide recommendations on drinks based on customer preferences.
Ensure timely and courteous service.
3. Hygiene & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of the juice/tea counter, tools, and equipment.
Ensure proper sanitization of utensils and storage containers.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels of fruits, tea leaves, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Inform the supervisor when items need restocking.
Ensure ingredients are stored properly to avoid spoilage.
5. Equipment Handling
Operate juicers, tea brewers, blenders, and other beverage machines safely.
Report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
6. Quality Control
Taste and check beverages for quality and presentation before serving.
Ensure consistent portion size and flavor in every order.
7. Teamwork
Coordinate with kitchen staff and waiters to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in other cafe tasks when required (e.g., packaging, cleaning).
