Role : Capex / Projects controller
Qualification : CA
Years of experience : 10 -12 years
Job description :
- Control and analysis of Project costs : Time and cost overruns
- Control and analysis of PR, PO to ensure that costs are within budget
- Review of the CWIP, Project inventory and assets / liabilities relating to projects / normal capex / Special projects
- Review of capex advances, capex retention, GRIR, OSL
- Drive automation of controls relating to ICFR for Fixed Assets
- Ensuring that the SOP / DOP of procure to fixed assets
- Follow up and drive implementation of internal audit observations
- Preparation of Board Notes for fixed assets / Corporate Governance
- Review and capitalisation of Assets
- Physical verification of fixed assets
- Project closure activities : Steel , Cement reconciliation, closure of PR, Po relating to closed project
- Reconciliation and confirmation of balances relating to Project / capex
