Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize losses. Drive sales targets by ensuring excellent customer service and engagement. Supervise, train, and motivate the store staff to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and visual merchandising standards. Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and submit regular updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good understanding of retail operations, sales, and inventory control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges proactively.
